Remote VB trunk Test Tool

Anyone know if Shoretel has any plans to build a remote VB trunk Test Tool?
One would be greatly appreciated, We would like to have someone monitor the trunks in "real-time" to identify an issue we are having with a remote server using the API to pass call information from our shoretel and back to the remote server.
