  • CID Info in User Detailed Activity Report

    I can see the incoming calling party number in the user report, but have to go pull a trunk report for the same time frame and reverse engineer the CID present against the call in question, seems it could pull that data into both reports.

    Can you explain what information off the trunk report you want to see in the user report? I'm not sure I follow what is missing.
