  • 6 Party calls on IP230

Has anyone found a way to have a 6 party call on an IP230 phone? We are able to get 3 people connected then a message that the all ports are used. The COS is set up for 6 party.
    Suggestions?

Do you have sufficient conference resources available on your switch?

nmarks, to do a conference call with more than 3 parties (including the originator), you need to have ports on the SG switch assigned as conference ports. It sounds like you don't have any assigned.
