  • Call Manager Security

    I submitted this as an enhancement request many years ago.

    Security Role/Feature to lock the Call Manager per user/group so the user cannot change the settings.

    Protect the end user from themselves.

    This is already a feature in COS-Telephony. The "Allow Call Handling Changes" has 2 parameters: Current Mode allows users to change from one call handling mode to another, Detailed Mode allows users to do the actual call handling configuration. Just uncheck the box(es) to disallow.
