Internal and Extenal voice message

On our nortel system you could have an internal greeting and an external greeting. Is there anything in the works for that?

Our Avaya switch worked the same way. Some day ShoreTel may catch up with the big boys.:_unsure:

Not to resurrect this old thread... but is there an updated way to do this? I could think of a messy workaround which would include using Personalized Call Handling and multiple voicemail boxes, but is there any better way to accomplish separate internal/external greetings on the latest code?
