A feature that really needs to be looked at is paging. I did some searches and it looks like they are working on it. However, one thing that needs addressed:
When group paging, don't have the message start to play until the user hangs up. It is confusing when you are making an announcement and you hear what you said a couple seconds ago back to yourself...
