Ability to Change default email address format

The system defaults to first init.last [email protected]

Is there a way to change the default format? If not, we need it. I am getting tired of having to change it every time I make a new user.

I agree that would be nice. It would be even better if the email address was taken from AD so that I only had to create the user in one place.

I agree to both of the above points. Basic functionality that should have been implemented in the first place.
