I know that I've been posting a lot so I guess its obvious I am a brand new Shoretel user!
Anyway I propose a feature to allow the admin to customize call appearance selection when a call is already holding or parked.
Meaning if I place a call on hold or if I park a call to another extension in order to make an intercom or an external call I currently need to press another call appearance button to grab a free line. The switch seems to assume that if I pick up the phone again or hit the off hook speaker button I want to go back to that holding or parked call. Most of the time we put calls on hold to intercom another employee or call a field employee. It would be great to be forced to press a call appearance each time we pick up the phone or hit a speaker button or activate a blue tooth headset
