We've all done it - gone and tried to delete a user extension and suddenly we are prompted 20 times for the 20 different locations where this extension is referenced that have to all be manually removed before you can delete the extension.
Wouldn't it be great if the deletion process did that for you? For example, if I delete the extension, I also what it removed from workgroups and extension lists. Why do I have to go do that manually first?
Even better, how about an intelligent wizard that would not only delete from workgroups and extension lists, but also "catch" other things that would need to be changed. For example: prompt for new workgroup backup extensions (if necessary), changes to auto attendents when referenced, etc.
Note, when I say "prompt", I don't mean "you can't do this because you have to remove this extension from somewhere else - press OK". I mean "here are the 9 places you need to modify, let's step through each one and make the modification now"....yep, that would be a wizard.
