As it stands now, I have to waste TWO custom keys, or 100% of the remaining keys, on a three key 230 phone to allow agents to log themselves in and out of workgroups.
Yet, I have a "WrapUp" soft key that displays when part of a workgroup. it would seem as though a Login/logout softkey toggle is needed. Soft keys tend to be contextual, based on what you are currently doing. Wel, my users are currently part of a workgroup, so being able to toggle status within the workgroup without having to deploy the call manager is very important.
Hopefully, this is just an oversight on ShoreTel's part and not a ploy to force people to purchase the Workgroup agent version of Call Manager.
