  • Outlook Macro - Mark Calendar Appts "In a Meeting"

Part of the reason we were sold on ShoreTel was that the phone would automatically detect you were in a meeting by looking at your Outlook Calendar and then set the call handling mode.

Well turns out you have to manually set this option on each Calendar entry in Outlook. We have a lot of pre-existing appointments as well.

Can someone, or has someone, created a Macro in Outlook that could just switch this setting for all appointment items to "in a meeting"? It seems very simple to do if I could find out what the correct dll file was for all the shortel objects but for the life of me I can't do it.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
