I would like to see a hook into Exchange as opposed to just Outlook. This could really help admins when dealing with voicemail.

More for forwarding, let the e-mail system handle the routing as normal e-mail. Right now if a salesperson calls in sick, I have to Forward their e-mail to a backup via AD, forward voicemail notifications via Director and also change their call handling mode to forward to their backup.
If it hooked into Exchange, I wouldn't have to worry about the voicemail notification forwarding as it would follow mail routing. This could come in handy in other situations also with regards to mail routing.
