Custom Prompts

An interface to record custom prompts would be nice. I have had 3 request to change a Shoretel recording. (1 was to record over every SHORETEL prompt so that the type of system could not be recognized; the are a computer risk management company)

I realoze that the recordings are pushed to the switches and would be lost during an upgrade, But a tool to manage prompts and to preserve them through upgrades would be sweet.

What 'Shoretel' prompt are we talking about? The only one that I can really think of is the VM greeting one, but that one gets changed when you record a personal greeting.

One of the prompts that was questioned was for the spell by name directory.

The prompt says "please spell the name.....". Well someone called and complained that they didn't want to "spell the whole name". You know and I know that's not the case, but.....

Anyway, I am spoiled by the fact that several other VMs I work on, you could change prompts.

I believe you can get that changed if you purchase the developers pack...
