Time schedule controlled call forwarding

Over the recent festive period it has become apparent that further call-control would be useful - for example forwarding calls to duty engineers who are on call according to a calendar.

You could create hunt groups with schedules and do some forwarding with them.

This is suppose to be done via the Outlook Calendar form. I'm currently having issues with it though along with some of my customers and shoretel apparently because they've recognized it as a defect per my support requests.
