In our environment we rely greatly on Microsoft System Center Operations Manager for a system and services monitoring tool. One of the greatest parts of this tool is that any vendor can create a management pack to integrate their application or service into Operations Manager. These Management packs allow the tool to get a better insight on how the services of the application are running, if there are any problems with the software or hardware, and many other monitoring features. Usually the owners of the software will create these management packs for their customers so I was wondering if Shoretel would be interested in making one of these or maybe the have. Usually Microsoft will work with the company to put together a good management pack.
