If there is a way to do this already I can't figure it out. But there needs to be a way to follow an unsuccessful coverage point with an alternate or at least pull it back into voicemail. The only way I can see to do this is with the find me feature. What would be nice is if I could set my 'No answer or when busy" to try a hunt group, coworker, etc. and if not answered pull it back to my voicemail or even try a third option.
The find me feature at least has two points, but if you use that the answering party has to push 1 to accept the call.
