    You can make user groups and then change the time on the groups.

    In shoreware director click users then user groups then add new.

    Fill out user group and also make a new Class of Service (vm lenth) and everything else.

    Then under the user profile add them to that group.

    I think this is what you want??? For call record lenth i am not sure, might be in there somewhere.

  • Offer seperate time values for VM length and Call Recording

    Currently customers cannot put separate values in for Voice Mail message length or Call Record 'length allowed'. They are both determined by one value. Is there a work around for this? I not I would like to request this be enhanced.
