Bluetooth in Base Model Handsets

Please put bluetooth in base model handsets. My main use for bluetooth is for call centre staff using headsets. I am not about to give these staff top of the line handsets for the bluetooth option, it isn't cost effective when they only need basic handsets otherwise. A few managers may get handsets with the bells and whistles but they don't use headsets so the bluetooth is a waste. In my opinion this option completly misses the mark installed in the high end phone and not the middle to low end.
What do others think?

While on the one hand I agree with jama, I also think that the reasoning is clear. Bluetooth bumps up the price of the phone from ShoreTel's end enough to make it hard to market in anything but the "Super" phone.
