Has anyone intergrated their ShoreTel with a custom CRM package? Maybe know if ShoreTel has any hooks for custom CRM applications.
How about easy pop, anyone use that with home brew apps?

I know we have integrated ours with TigerPaw, and I installed a Shoretel system at ConnectWise which markets "ConnectWise PSA" (CRM). I know there's works.

Give ShoreTel a call, they have their answer to integration called easy pop. They will send you a demo clip, the only draw back is that it's $100 bills per client.
