Info on unified messaging (exchange/outlook)

I'm looking for some good info on the intergration with outlook/exchange and the whole unified messaging thing. I guess mainly with the PCM client and how it intergrates, not looking for sales documents, but tech documents with the nuts and bolts of the unified messaging. I looked on the ST web site, but I don't see any tech nots, just fluff.
