  • Some Call Manager dll files not register

    One of my PCs ran into an installation issue with ST Call Manger 8.13.09.3506. It had Call Manger 7.5 working before. When installing it from its MSI file, I received the error message that 3 .dll files did not register. They are: CallHExt.dll, VMCmdExt.dll, and VMailFrm.dll. Can anyone help?

    The PC has Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed. The user doing the install is a local admin.

      I've seen this on 7.5 before. You can manually register the dll files:
      1. Launch a command window to (DOS prompt) C:
      2.Proceed to absolute path of C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\Shoreware Client
      3. Type the following command without double quotes "regsvr32 <insert dll file here>.dll"
