  • Incorrect time on reports

    Hi all

    When I run an account detail report the time shown on the report for all telephone calls is 4 hours off.

    i.e. If a call takes place at 9:00AM the report would say 1:00PM.

    The server is using Caracas Lapaz (GMT -4). The Shoreware director site config also has this timezone set. The phones show the correct time in call history.

    Is the report only giving the GMT time?

      It's a known bug; fixed in a later version.
