Max Distance for IP Phone

I have a situation in which my Phone server is located in the basement and the IP phones are located on 11th floor which is around 800 Feet apart.

There is fibre running between the different floors. My question is will there be any delay or any affect on the voice quality/signalling due to the distance..

Yes there will be a delay. It will be about .002 milliseconds.
