Windows updates

I was curious about how you guys handle your windows updates on the VM server. Do you guys set your windows updates to automatic update or do you use the notify before installing updates?

What does ShoreTel recommend?

We use Kaseya remote management on all of our customers VM servers. It allows us to Patch remotely.
