Customer just upgraded a couple of weeks ago from 6.1

Any one running or has heard about issues with this build? Have issues with adding new users and them not being able to call out, but if you copy a exsisting user to create a new user they can call out, also find me feature not working with outside #s.

Any info would be great

I've noticed 12.14.4002 is quite a bit more stable.
