6.1 PCM Installation Issues

I have some info floating around the other boards about the PCM issue with 6.1. I have a customer that we have loaded and removed and re-loaded several times, tried a generic registry cleaner, but it still did not help. Can you suggest the cleaner you used if you had the same issue. Or give me another idea to look at. It is only happening on 1 computer in the whole network.

Whats the issue?

Other than problems with uninstalling the software.
