Anyone have an app note on doing a multitech fax integration?

I actually just used the Planning and Installation guide on the Shoreware director. It explains it pretty well and got me up and running in no time. The Multitech has been very stable and integrated easily.

We have a client that is now using a PRI and the faxes -Machine to machine - are great! Multitech to machine are horrible. Any ideas? We have played with the codecs and are limiting port speed to 9600.

Same here. Machine to Multitech has been horrible. About three out of every 10 faxes fails for us. All settings to spec per any whitepaper doc. 9600 Baud, no error correction, fax server set to freeze jitter buffer, etc.

When we first installed we had some reliability issues. We upgraded the firmware on the multitech (2 parts, system and modems) and the problems *seemed* to mostly disappear.

maybe try a firmware upgrade on the multitech.....
