Looking for the "Disappointed" thread?

I don't normally delete threads, but I deleted the "Disappointed" thread at the request of the original poster. Thanks to all the responses, he was able to get his issue resolved. Once again, it shows the power that this board has. It also shows that Shoretel does pay attention to what we have to say. I encourage members to use this forum as they feel fit, and if you think you need to vent to accomplish something, then feel free to vent here.

In the end, we are all in the same boat. We are just trying to make Shoretel a better product and to learn new things from each other.
