Calling Netherlands

Hi all

I'm on Mitel 19.1 with SIP trunks through a siparator. We are trying to call the Netherlands 31 10 430 2000. The standard dial plans are there. The only custom ones I added are ;2E and ;10E.

The system asks for the account code, I see the call hit the trunk, but then I get a recording saying the number was not recognised,

You're missing the + before the country code (31), it should be +31104302000
