  • External Assignment/Call Forward Trunks

    Is there a way to define another set of trunks to be used for Call Forwards/External Assignments?

    One of our upstream provider is bogged down with calls so lines are limited. Hoping to take the stress off by not using them for call forwarding.

    You can restrict user groups and your trunks but you may be limited how each trunk will handle the caller ID is see and accepts. Not all trunks like caller ID coming from trunks they do not own and forwarding calls in itself can have its own issues due to presentation and carrier limits with spoofing.
