  • 14.2 Communicator ECC integration

    I'm looking for the ports or protocols used by the Communicator when integration with ECC is enabled. Our agents use this function but we constantly are changing or locking down our PCs so now with new PCs that are being deployed the integration between Communicator and ECC is broke.
    - The communicator works fine
    - The soft phone works
    - Agents ECC integration with Communicator works on older PCs

    I need to know what ports and or protocols needed for the communication to get this feature working. I'm looking at the maintenance guide but don't see anything specific for this feature.
