  • Queue recording.

    Where is the queue recording at the start of a call ' thank you for calling if you know the extension of the person you want to reach you may dial it now'? where is it programmed? I am looking to remove it as the dialing to extension seems to default to the workgroup, it doesn't work.

    That is the default AA.... it is not programmed anywhere....this will play if you don't have a recording in place, or if the call hits a switch and the switch can not route the call to its destination.
