  • ShoreTel Communicator 64bit version

    Is there a 64bit version of ShoreTel Communicator with 64bit Outlook addins? TIA!
    I need to know if it will work on Windows 10 too?

    Your reseller/VAR should know this if you don't have access to download software directly from Shoretel. I do think the newest version of Connect is 64bit and supports Windows 10. What version are you currently running?

        He mentioned it was the communicator. This will not work on windows 10 unless its 32bit outlook 2016 on office 365. This is also hit and miss. Weve had customers try to install communicators on version 14.2 using windows 10 and it may or may not work. If youre on windows 10 its time to migrate to connect.
