ShoreTel Communicator 13.3 - soft phone

Anyone using communicator 13.3 with Windows 10 ?? It seems to be working just fine on the network with primary phone but softphone doesn't work on network or over VPN.

Check the TAPI settings on the SoftPhone PC...

Also, Windows 10 may not be supported on 13.3. Actually, I am most certain that it isnt.

I was able to get it working on Win 10 machines. The issue was with the local FW on the laptops. We pushed a GPO to all of the Win 10 machines opening the softphone ports. Win 7 machines gave us a pop-up asking if the user wanted the client to make changes in the FW but Win 10 didn't.
