Volume on IP560 Speaker phones

Volume on IP560 Speaker phones

It appears that when a customer of mine is on a conference call and using the speaker phone on the IP560 they need to stay within 2-3 feet from the phone to be heard. This is no good when you want to have a couple of people sharing the conversation. Has anyone else run into this problem, more importantly has any solved this problem?

This is only a problem on confrence calls, one to one calls work fine.
