    you might try a repaire.

    From the install CD start a new install.
    Once you start the install it will give you the option to install or repair.
    choose repaire.

    shoretel 7.5 fresh install

    Hello,

    I just removed my bad shoretel installation, and installed
    "ShoreTel 7 Build 12.5.7203.0" from an executable that I
    downloaded from Shoretel.com

    It has a blank database, with nothing in it. It is unlicensed
    now, No users either.

    How can I login to the director to begin setting up the
    users and other stuff?

    shoretel 7.5 install failed.

    I upgraded from shoretel 7.5 R12 and got this nastly little dialog.
    failed to upgrade database. how to fixit?
