TAPI Failures in Shoretel 5.0 R2

Hey Guys,
I keep seeing TAPI failures. My STTapiRD.exe keeps crappin' out on the client desktops. Cannot import TAPI profiles, softphones do not work
because cannot create TAPI endpoint.

What could be preventing soft phone from creating TAPI endpoint?

I might add that I opened up port 2427 UDP/TCP,and 2727 UDP/TCP in the windoze firewall.

Is it just the soft phone or do they have issues using PCM on the network?
