Dun dun dun... Downloading. Hopefully this fixes the switch connectivity loss for sites that are managed by a DVM. That one bugs.

"ShoreTel 7.5 is currently in Controlled Release (CR), and will likely be Generally Available (GA) in a day or so."

you guys must have the inside scoop...

Having the inside scoop is not always good.... We've installed new CR builds first only to be the cause of the builds being pulled because of some not so pretty bugs...

Trust me when I say I'm thankful for you guys that take the bullet for the rest of us.. Am on 12.13.1328 and am excited to see a 14 build coming soon. Was hoping to read the release notes before bed tonight...
