Intergrate with CRM

We used the Salesforce.com integration for a little while... Worked well.

We use Tigerpaw integration, where they use the Tapi interface to Dial out of TP. It seems to work. I'm not sure if we are using any inbound connections...I'm never in the office. http://www.tigerpawsoftware.com/

I know that Connectwise PSA has some integration, and they have some cool reporting tools they've developed in-house on 6.1 Access DB's. I haven't seen the integration on MySQL yet now that they are on 7.0. Connectwise PSA is also a Shoretel customer (and happen to be one of my installs/accounts). http://www.connectwise.com/Home.aspx

Does ShoreTel use the tapi service from PCM to connect to salesforce?

Sorry to bump this thread (better than making a new one I presume):

Does anyone have a list of all the CRM software which is compatible with ShoreTel? Can't find a definitive list anywhere nor is it really mentioned on their partner site or KB.
