  • Auto-Att picking up DTMF

    Just did an upgrade of a customer (7-8901 to 7.5-6113) and prior to the upgrade they had very little issues with DTMF being picked up by the AA. Now all ShoreTel phones that call the AA internaly or from the outside don't get the DTMF recognized by the AA, but cell phones, analog phones or any other phones do.
    That is a little strange, does anyone any idea way this is just happening from ShoreTel phones or any way to fix the issue.
