Anyone have or know where I can find the roll back process that is used if for some reason an upgrade doesn't work or the upgrade needs to be rolled back to the previous version or build?
I believe it's in the Maintenence guide. They teach it in the Advanced Shoretel class. I've done it once (during Beta testing) and it was pretty simple.

Roll back is simple... just make a copy of the shoreline data directory before you do an upgrade. If the upgrade fails, uninstall Shoretel. Copy the old shoreline data directory back and then run the install of your prior version.
