I just got our Ingate SIPfirewall up and it works great. The main reason I think for our hesitation on SIP was the lack of functions, tranferring of calls and so on, but now with the Ingate product we will be using the SIP trunks for our everyday buiness.
ShoreTel has a great pdf on the Ingate box and the process.
