  • 560 set w/headset

    At one of my customers, the receptionist has a 560 set w/ a wireless headset.She presses the button on her headset and answers intercom and personal DID calls no problem. The issue is she also has a BCA programmed her set and when it rings she has to press the BCA button on the set, it won't answer when she presses the headset button.
    The other sets with the BCA don't have headsets.
    I'm thinking it won't pick it up via the headset button because it is a multiple appearance line.
    Any thoughts?
