Just a reminder for your installs. The ShoreTel switches do not support Ground Start analog circuits. When working with a customer you will want to confirm which type of analog circuit they have. The phone company can change it around but this might take time. From the telco stand point it is a two step conversion, they change settings in the switch and then jumpers in the CO.
If you do get caught in a pinch, there are ground start to loop start converters on the market that can help save you at time of turn up.
