  • Forwarding question

    Good morning, all!

    Our customer would like to be able to manually forward incoming calls to a different extension...say during lunch instead of ringing X400, they want it to ring the lunch room, or the site directors office.

    Is there a way to program that in Call manager?

    Clarify: The call comes into the system via PRI, then gets routed to a Hunt Group which rings 4 phones, then rings 4 more phones.

    You could set a custom schedule on the first hunt group for the lunch hour. Set it to always forward to the lunch room extension.

    OOPS...Sorry I guess I was thinking of AA menus for the custom schedule.
