I've got a customer running ST 7.5 and beginning at approxiamately 1 a.m., it begins message notification to alert the users that the unheard message timer is within the 1 or 2 week window of deleting these same messages,not for normal uheard messages, just those close to expiration, every Tuesday, it follows the escalation policy for the users, calling them up to 6 times usually, based on the profile. I can find no setting that is controlling this and the time on the server and time zone selected is correct.
