  • Night Bell using ShoreTel paging port

    Customer would like the following: Night Bell (already programmed number in Site) needs to be part of Night hunt group or ring along with other phones. They do not have an analog ringer.

    Has anyone figured out a way to do this other than analog extension to a ringer? BCA did not appear to work, or monitoring night bell extension on phone in HG.

    Workaround

    Here is our workaround solution:
    Night Bell is the no answer destination for the Night HG. Supervisor phone programmed to pickup nightbell using IP230 button. After 3 rings, nightbell rings and supervisor can pickup night bell in warehouse if not answered.
