  • Call Manager and updates

    I have a customer that Iam installing C M on the work stations. Some of the work stations are produceing problems with the Mircosoft outlook while others have had no problems and are running fine. Is this caused by not updating your computer? I ask because the common theme in the problem stations is out of date netframe and SP are poping up and Iam told the people who use these stations turn off thier computer ever night or I have found automatic update turned off.

    Sounds like these computers are not meeting the software requirements which would mean that they dont have the appropriate updates I think Iam not sure but if the common theme is the .net framework and SP poping up then updating sounds like the solution.
