Has anyone seen an issue where an IP Phone will change state to "Requesting Service" after working for several hours? We have discovered that when the ASA goes through re-authentication the RSIP request from the phone go unanswered and hence the switch at HQ drops the association to the phone, the only fix today is a reboot. There has to be a way to keep the phone alive during re-authentication or at least fix it. Someone said something about session limits. Any ideas?
