  • Call Manager Config

    Ok, I have an operator that is saying that she was able to hear the phone ring noise through her PC when the phone ran, where is that area to re-enable this. Havent looked at it yet, but would really love to save some time and user downtime.

    Have Call Manager installed and open.

      I am at that point, my operator said it worked yesterday, then all of a sudden, nothing. Do you know where the setting is to check of uncheck that option?

        On ShoreTel 8 and above, under Options->Sounds.
